ZenTech Consulting has an excellent opportunity for aLitigation Paralegal to join our successful Real Estate Property LitigationTeam. We are looking for qualified paralegal candidates who want to takeownership of their cases and make a valuable contribution to a dynamic team andlitigation department.

·Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years ofdemonstrated experience in the area of commercial or general businesslitigation.

·Strong experience preparing and drafting discovery isrequired

·Ad Valorem experience is preferred, BUT NOT REQURED

·Strong knowledge of Federal and Florida state court rules

·Experience in a mid- to large-size firm preferred

·Candidates must also have previous trial experience

·Experience with Xera or other data base system desired

·Strong computer skills including MS Office

·Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
